COMMUNION BREAKFAST

Thank you to all who participated.  It was a nice turn-out.  Congratulations to Joe Powers who was honored as 2007 Hibernian of the Year.

Thank you to all who helped especially Jim Joynt and Ed Mayne for their help in the kitchen and Elaine Joynt for her scones and butter.

 

CHARITY – Jim McNulty is the chairperson for our Charities. -The Division has adopted Our Lady’s House as our Division charity.  Please remember to bring clothing for St. Francis’ Inn. We can use warm clothing and blankets especially coats for these cold months.  Our Joe Murphy will make sure that those in need will receive your donations.

- Our recent charity event raised $1,400 for Our Lady’s House.

- We will get together again in June to put together dinners for our Hibernian Hunger project.  It will probably be held on June 26th

We encourage you to take part in all of our charity events

 

HABERDASHERY

Larry Daly has a limited supply of merchandise left.  Anyone who ordered clothing from Larry, please contact him ASAP.  Larry has hats with our logo at approximately $15 each.   Contact Larry <ldaly88468@aol.com>   

 

DUES &MEMBERSHIP CARDS - It is time to pay your dues for 2008.  The State has instituted a late assessment so we need your payment now.  The dues are only $25.  Please forward your check to Mike Koller 201 Mountain Top Rd. Wernersville, PA 19565.  Thank you

PRO-LIFE

We are a Pro-Life organization.  Each month there are several Pro-Life events in our area.  If you are able, wear your Division jacket or shirt and support these events.  Also they can always use financial assistance.  Information can be obtained at our Divisional meetings.

 

MISSING MEMBERS – The officers have formed a retention committee to try and bring back those members who have left and those who remain inactive.  The committee will be comprised of Charlie Wilson, Joe Powers & Mike Koller.  Any suggestions, please contact any officer or a member of the committee.
